As you climb up the winding way leading to Bella Vista it’s hard to keep your eyes on the road. The panorama expands as you rise above the beaches and coral reefs, looking endlessly to the horizon. The fleet of the St. Croix Yacht Club bob at anchor in the turquoise water of Teague Bay below as Red-tailed Hawks soar on the tropical trade winds across your view.

Once inside you will find a spacious, warmly furnished and fully equipped villa with 3 bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom and a fourth bathroom in the pool house. The large, tranquil and very private pool area is carved from the hillside, surrounded by lush foliage.

Bella Vista is located on the east end of St. Croix close to Point Udall (The Easternmost Point of the United States), and to the restaurants of Villa Madeline and Duggan’s Reef where restaurateur Frank Duggan, a Boston native, offers preferred parking for Celtic and Red Sox fans.

Bella Vista is a 3 bedroom, 4 bath hillside villa overlooking the Reef Golf Course, Yacht Club and East. Always a wonderful breeze. Covered galleries face the sea and pool, with bedrooms on the lower level.

All homes are furnished including linens, towels, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Mid-stay maid service is provided one time per week for most bookings. A $500.00 damage deposit is required. Rates do not include an 8% Hotel Tax. 50% of the rental is required to confirm a reservation with the full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard. To avoid potential problems, we ask that you allow us to make your car reservation. We also suggest you purchase travel insurance.
