Terms and Conditions

Located high in the hills with commanding views to Christiansted, Buck Island and East. On clear days you can see St. Thomas, St. John and the British Virgins.

Each bedroom is air conditioned with bedroom 3 separated from the main house by a flower lined walkway. This room has it’s own deck, perfect for extra privacy. Your poolside view looks out toward the lights of Christiansted seven miles west shining through the clear twilight under the pink fuchsia sky left by the setting sun a half hour earlier. The sailboats cross below, sheets full, running with the easterly tradewinds, using the last of the days’ light to navigate to safe harbor. It’s been a near perfect day, like everyday at Breezeview.

All homes are furnished including linens, towels, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Mid-stay maid service is provided one time per week for most bookings. A $500.00 damage deposit is required. Rates do not include an 8% Hotel Tax. 50% of the rental is required to confirm a reservation with the full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard. To avoid potential problems, we ask that you allow us to make your car reservation. We also suggest you purchase travel insurance.
