Terms and Conditions

Nestled on the hillside within the exclusive Buccaneer Estates, this villa offers four air conditioned king size suites, each with private bath, all with views of the sea. The casual living area, along with the bedroom suites, opens to a vast tiled pool area. Villa Sans Souci also offers a guest apartment with private kitchen, living area and bedroom and bath.

All homes are furnished including linens, towels, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Mid-stay maid service is provided one time per week for most bookings. A $500.00 damage deposit is required. Rates do not include an 8% Hotel Tax. 50% of the rental is required to confirm a reservation with the full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard. To avoid potential problems, we ask that you allow us to make your car reservation. We also suggest you purchase travel insurance.
