Ventana de la Roca is a newly built villa located on the east end of St. Croix. Its name means "window on the rock".

This beautiful villa sits perched on a point above the St. Croix Yacht Club and overlooks the sparkling Caribbean and Buck Island National Park. It has spectacular unobstructed 180 degree panoramic views of land and sea.

If you are hungry no better place to fire up the barbecue and dine patio side while admiring the gorgeous views. The patio has lovely outdoor furniture - perfect for reading or a nap while the outdoor ceiling fans stir the breeze.

Inside the villa the layout is neat and uncomplicated. The great room has an open space design. The living room area has comfortable seating for cocktails or watching your favorite shows on the flat screen satellite TV.

The adjacent kitchen with granite countertops, center island with blown glass pendant lighting accents the room and is equipped for everything from snacks to full meals. It allows the cooking to remain part of the fun with family and friends. An extra large dining table and seating completes the room furnishings.

The master bedroom is on the west side of the main room. It has a king size bed with wicker and rattan furniture and bamboo window dressings. The private bath has granite topped cabinets with a beautiful open tile shower for a tropical feel.

The second bedroom has a four post teak wood queen size bed with matching teak furniture. It also has a private bath and open tile shower.

Both rooms have sliding glass doors that lead to the patio or simply allow you to enjoy your view of the Caribbean from the bed.

For total comfort, the entire house has central A/C or even better, ceiling fans throughout to capture the constant breezes.

Some guests may wish to stay put at the villa enjoying the quiet and peacefulness of the property. If you want to go out and explore the Divi Carina Resort and Casino is just minutes away as is Point Udall, the East End Marine Park (with great hiking trails) and a half dozen white sandy beaches where you can swim, snorkel or just stroll the sand. If sailing is your thing, the St. Croix Yacht Club is just minutes away.

All homes are furnished including linens, towels, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Mid-stay maid service is provided one time per week for most bookings. Rates do not include 10% Hotel Tax. 50% of the rental is required to confirm a reservation with the full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard. To avoid potential problems, we ask that you allow us to make your car reservation. We also suggest you purchase travel insurance.
