Terms and Conditions

Villa Sunburst is a 3 bedroom home located in the prestigious Shoy's Beach area, near The Buccaneer Hotel and a short walk to the neighborhood beach. The master bedroom is located on the second level; a private balcony affords beautiful sea views. This suite has a king bed and en-suite bath. The guest room is off the great room on the main level and has a queen bed with en-suite bath. Bedroom three is accessed from the pool deck offering seclusion and privacy. It has a queen bed and en-suite bath. This Villa has air conditioning throughout the house and all bedrooms.

All homes are furnished including linens, towels, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Mid-stay maid service is provided one time per week for most bookings. A $500.00 damage deposit is required. Rates do not include an 8% Hotel Tax. 50% of the rental is required to confirm a reservation with the full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard. To avoid potential problems, we ask that you allow us to make your car reservation. We also suggest you purchase travel insurance.
