Vacation St. Croix is a fully licensed, insured and bonded Property Management and Maintenance Company dedicated to providing complete professional care for your property. We are located on St Croix and have been full time residents since 1989. Vacation St Croix is the property manager for the villas we represent.

Vacation St. Croix:

• will establish an Individual Owners’ Account from which we will pay your on-island bills and provide you with an itemized monthly statement. These accounts are tailored to your individual specifications and needs.

• inspects your property to insure security and observe general appearance. Doors, windows, plumbing, generator, etc. are tested. Your pool and cistern levels are checked and water is ordered if needed. Vehicles owned by you and stored on the property will also be regularly serviced, licensed and kept in good order.

• can implement Basic accounts for remitting payments for general utilities such as Cable TV, Electric and Telephone; to more Extensive ones remitting payments to gardeners, pool services, housekeepers, repairmen, etc. In all cases we oversee the progress and completion of any contracted work

Vacation St. Croix:

• maintains contracts with the highest qualified appliance repairmen, electricians, plumbers and other professional tradesmen on St. Croix who can be scheduled or respond quickly in an emergency. We offer scheduled property inspections, and can also arrange estimates for reconstruction, damage repair, additions, air conditioning installation, hurricane shutters, etc.

• provides you or your guests with an On-Island mailing address for mail or package deliveries through the U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express, DHL or UPS. We can also provide you with a fax machine or Internet service activation during your stay from our local provider.

Vacation St. Croix:

• offers a complete concierge service dedicated to providing a unique and memorable experience for you or your guests. We can arrange anything from a romantic intimate liaison to a traditional West Indian Pig Roast. We can prepare anything from a picnic basket to a wedding reception.

• will personally meet your guests at the airport and escort them to your villa. If requested, the kitchen will be fully provisioned from a shopping list sent prior to arrival.

• can arrange any special services such as diving, a masseuse, exercise trainer or babysitter.
  

Vacation St. Croix maintains complete client confidentiality. However, if requested, references will be provided by those existing clients who have granted their permission.
